1. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall TM Store be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if TM Store or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
2. Ownership and Liability
You shall not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of TM Store. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
User Accounts and Product Licenses are not transferrable.
If you are a contractual developer or a representative of a person, please ask them to purchase the product from us directly. It saves time on both sides when we follow up support tickets.
3. Refund Policy
As per our ‘All sales final’ policy, no refunds shall be made on the purchase. Please make sure that the features you’re looking for are part of the TM Store’s product package. Refer to plan & pricing page to know the packages and the features offered.
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications.
However, you can always check the features on our demo app before purchasing to be sure about the issues. Our contact form is always there to help you.
5. Product Updates
Each individual product purchased from TM Store includes free updates to customers for 5 Working Days from the date of purchase. We do not guarantee that product updates will always be made and forever, but TM Store does it’s best to improve each product over time and make sure they will work with the latest version of WordPress. We cannot guarantee that our products will run with older versions of WordPress (3.0 or earlier).
6. Account Termination and Suspension
TM Store reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user account without notice. This may be due to one or several of the following reasons.
a. Abusive behavior and/or excessive negativity towards the TM Store staff and/or other TM Store customers.
b. Repeated defamatory, malicious, and/or false statements including slander against TM Store, and/or attempts to persuade potential customers away from purchasing TM Store products.
c. Promoting competitor products, contributing to software piracy, hacking, spamming, or other illegal acts.
d. We reasonably believe that your account has been compromised, shared with others, or for other security reasons. All decisions are final and terminated or suspended accounts will not be reversed.
7. Termination of Service
TM Store reserves the right in its sole discretion to cease or suspend providing all or any part of the Service immediately without any notice to you, if: (a) you breach, or threaten or intend to breach, these Terms; (b) TM Store is required to do so under any applicable law, rule or regulation, including, without limitation; (c) continuing to provide the Service could create a substantial economic burden on TM Store as determined by TM Store in its sole discretion; or (d) continuing to provide the Service could create a security risk or material technical burden as determined by TM Store in its sole discretion; or (e) any other purpose as determined by TM Store in its sole discretion.
User account data and certain other information about you will never be sold or rented to any third-party. You understand that through your use of our services you consent to the collection and use of this information which includes the transfer of this information to the Government of India and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by TM Store.

Android and iOS Mobile Apps are built according to the Demo App you have checked before purchasing the app. Changing any of the following will affect the App Performance and various aspects of App like App Launch, Adding / Updating Products to Cart, Loading Product data, etc.
1. Do not edit or change or delete the following details using which the App is built:
2. Do not Delete / Edit User Permissions through which the WooCommerce Keys were generated that are integrated with the Mobile App.
3. Do not Delete or Deactivate TM Store Plugin or Extension. Deleting or Deactivating the plugin will not let the app function.
4. Change in Website domain, these include adding or removing https, www to the website domain.
5. Change in the server configurations.
6. Currently the app database is hosted on third party server, it will serve limited amount of requests i.e 10 req/sec. If you have more app traffic than, this please ask your Website Developer to migrate the app database to your own server to have uninterrupted service for your app users. If you want us to do the Database Migration, it will be charged depending on your server configurations. Send us the server configurations so that we can send you cost estimation to perform the Database Migration.
7. ‘Mobile Apps’ support will be active for 5 Working Days once the APK is delivered. Within this period the Bug Fixing for ‘Mobile Apps’ will be Free. Additional Customization requests are not considered as Support in this 5 Working Days duration. Any Bugs fixing / Support / Customization required for the App will not be free after the 5 Working Day support period is finished. These additional requests will be considered as Customization and will be charged accordingly at $12 /hr.
If the above mentioned configurations remains same, then there will be no support required. However, if any of the above configurations are changed / edited / modified / deleted or any similar action is done, then additional Support would be required and it will be charged at $12 /hr.
